Autumn/Winter 2008 * Consultation process with the business community and key stakeholders
Spring/Summer 2009 - Further consulation and formulation draft BID Business Plan
Autumn 2009 – Draft BID Business Plan finalised and available to all stakeholders
January 2010 * Final BID Business Plan published
February 2010 - Voting on BID Business Plan
April 2010 - If successful, BID activity will commence over a 5 year delivery term
