BASELINE AGREEMENTS

It is crucial to understand that BIDBarnstaple is absolutely not designed to subsidise or replace any services that are already covered by your existing contribution to the local councils through Business Rates.

The baseline service agreements below set out the service provision in Barnstaple provided by the local authorities and detail the level, scale, frequency and extent of that service provision. 
The BID will work with the relevant authorities to ensure these standards are maintained and enhanced wherever possible.

Included are letters from North Devon Council and Devon and Cornwall Constabulary outlining their commitment and support for a Barnstaple BID.

Voting to implement a BID will see your money used to deliver proactive projects in Barnstaple Town Centre that will deliver tangible benefits to the Town.
